You can make your own arrangements by attending the public counter at the Legalisation Office in London. Alternatively you can instruct me to assist you. I have access to a Premium Service that offers a same day counter service in central London for business customers only. I will use an agent to attend the Legalisation Office in central London. The processing time is approximately 3 to 4 hours. I can also assist by making arrangements for an agent to attend the Legalisation office in London. The processing time is approximately 3-4 working days. Legalisation and Agent’s fees are payable.

For many countries, the signature and seal of a Notary is sufficient for the document to be accepted. In other countries, the document will require the Notary’s signature and seal to be legalised. Legalisation is the process where the Notary’s identity is verified by a certificate being affixed known as an Apostille. In the UK, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office fulfils this role.
